Contact availability

An editorial inbox or submission form is not currently available on this site. This page does not submit or store a message, and there is no response-time commitment. A verified contact channel needs to be published before inquiries can be received here.

The guidance below explains what makes a correction or topic request useful once a channel is available. It is not an invitation to send personal information through an unverified address or a third-party profile claiming to represent the publication.

Preparing a factual correction

Include the article title or URL and the sentence or section that needs attention. Describe the issue precisely: an incorrect model number, a source that no longer supports the claim, a changed compatibility requirement or a broken reference link. A short explanation of why the distinction matters helps establish the scope of a correction.

Prefer a direct official source over a search-result excerpt. Include the model, region and date when they affect the answer. If a manufacturer changed its policy, distinguish the old information from the new statement. Do not assume that a problem with one configuration makes every related explanation incorrect.

Suggesting a topic

A useful topic request starts with a decision you could not resolve. For example, identify the accessory combination whose specifications are unclear, or the phone comparison for which the existing guides do not provide enough context. Explain what you have already checked and which question remains unanswered.

Before preparing a request, browse the Charging & Power hub, Smartphone hub or complete article library. The relevant explanation may use a technical term different from the wording on a retailer’s listing.

Product support and private information

Tech Gadgets Now is not the manufacturer or retailer of the devices discussed. For an order, repair, warranty claim or account problem, use the verified support channel belonging to the responsible provider. Editorial explanations cannot authorize a return or change a manufacturer’s support policy.

Do not include passwords, payment details, full serial numbers, account recovery codes or unredacted device logs in an editorial message. If a screenshot is needed to explain a specification, remove unrelated personal information first. The About page describes the publication’s scope and how its examples should be read.
